Kite cruise booking software

Booking software built for kite cruise operators

Generic booking tools sell a time slot or a hotel room. A kite cruise is something else: a boat, fixed departure dates and a cabin plan that fills up berth by berth. KiteDeck is built around exactly that.

Why a generic booking tool falls short

  • It sells seats or rooms, not berths in a given cabin on a given deck.
  • It does not know that a cabin can go by the berth or as a whole, with a supplement for a suite or a solo traveller.
  • It leaves the deposit, the balance and the emails before departure to you.
  • It rarely lets an agency sell your cabins from the same stock as you.

What KiteDeck does

  • Your boats, deck by deck and cabin by cabin, with their berths and supplements.
  • Departures that generate their own cabin plan: a berth is never sold twice.
  • Guests choose their cabin on your booking page and pay the deposit online.
  • Time-limited options that release the berth if the guest does not confirm.
  • Reminders before departure: the balance at D-30, practical info at D-7, a message the day before.
  • Expected margin, actual margin and break-even point for each cruise.

How your guests book

You share your booking page on your website, on Instagram or by message, or paste the booking widget into the site you already have. Guests see your open departures, pick their cabin and pay the deposit by card.

The page follows the guest's browser language, in 8 languages. The deposit lands directly on your own Stripe account.

Bookings you still take by phone or message go into the same cabin plan, so the count stays right whichever way a guest comes in.

Pricing

No subscription and no limits: every feature, for any number of boats and clients. KiteDeck takes 3 % excl. VAT (plus 20 % VAT in France) of each payment collected online (deposit or balance); bookings you record by hand cost nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for kite safaris and wing foil trips?
Yes. Any trip sold as departures on a boat with cabins works the same way, whatever the sport on board.
Do my guests need an account to book?
No. They book from your public page without creating an account, and receive a link to find their booking again.
Can I move over from my spreadsheet mid-season?
Yes, but most operators switch between two seasons, when the schedule is quiet. You create your boats and departures, then import each departure's participants from a CSV file.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
Yes, 3 % excl. VAT (plus 20 % VAT in France) of each payment collected online, and nothing else: no subscription. Your guests' payments land directly on your own Stripe account; Stripe's own fees remain yours.

Ready for next season?

Create your account, declare your boat and open your first cruise. No subscription: you only pay on payments collected online.
